Dolores Carol Clair, 85, beloved mother and devoted follower of Christ, entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Dolores lived a life marked by love, faith, and quiet strength.
Dolores was born on March 23, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the only child of Vincent Peters and Margaret Mathilda Peters.

Dolores worked as a medical transcriptionist, a career that reflected her attention to detail and dedication. Outside of work, Dolores found joy in gardening, cooking, and spending time with the family cat. Her nurturing spirit was evident in everything she did, especially in the way she cared for her home and loved ones.
Dolores was a devoted wife and a loving mother to her son. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life – she loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart and lived each day with grace and compassion. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love and faith will live on in the hearts of all those she touched.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent Peters and Margaret Mathilda Peters, and her husband, James William Clair.
She is survived by her son, Timothy “Tim” Clair.
There will be a funeral service held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
