Bryce Anthony Adair

Bryce Anthony Adair, age 31, of Augusta, Georgia, peacefully completed his earthly journey on June 6, 2026, at 5:59 a.m.

He was born on April 28, 1995 in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to Brian Adair and Michelle Adair-Pollard.

From an early age, Bryce possessed a warm spirit, a kind heart, and a personality that naturally drew people to him.

He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, and friend whose presence brought joy to all who knew him.

At an early age, Bryce joined Good Hope Missionary Baptist Church and gave his life to Christ. Later, he fellowshipped at Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, where he faithfully served in the Youth Ministry, Youth Choir, Sound and Audio Ministry, and as a Junior Usher. His faith and willingness to serve others remained evident throughout his life.

Bryce attended Lakeside High School, where he participated in basketball and JROTC. He later continued his education at Valdosta State University (VSU), where he served as an Intramural Supervisor, was a member of Media Art Geniuses, and participated in various sports and campus activities. While attending VSU, Bryce was afforded the opportunity to work for CBS Sports in Jacksonville, Florida, an experience that would lead him toward the career he loved.

Following graduation, Bryce accepted a position with the Augusta GreenJackets as the team’s first Audio Operator. He continued his professional journey with CBS Sports, advancing from Operations Support to Utility to Production Assistant. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for sports broadcasting, Bryce earned an Emmy Award for his contributions to Super Bowl LVIII, one of the many accomplishments that made his family and friends proud.

Bryce was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Helen Adair, Juanita Murry, and Elizabeth Smith; his grandfathers, James Adair, Sr., Thomas Murry, and Robert C. Smith, Sr.; and his sister, Sarah Smith.

He is survived by his mother, Michelle’ Adair-Pollard; his fathers, Brian Adair and Mark Pollard; his grandmother, Jacqueline Smith; his siblings, Brian Adair, Brandon Pollard, Christian Pollard, Ruby Williams, Elinita Pollard, Jordan Adair, McKenzie Adair, and Hayden Adair; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, a godbrother, a godsister, extended family members, and dear friends.

Though Bryce’s time with us was far too short, his legacy of faith, love, laughter, and excellence will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
