Bing passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
He was born in Canton, China and came to the United States in the early 1960's by way of Aruba.
In his younger years, Bing always enjoyed bowling and martial arts. He acquired his love for Asian cooking in Manhattan, New York and became a talented Chef. He, alongside his loving wife of 56 years, Elizabeth (Betty Ann), opened and operated his own successful business "Rickshaw Chinese Restaurant" in Brevard County, FL.
Bing is survived by his beautiful wife Elizabeth; devoted daughter Kimberly Ann and wonderful son in law Carlos Nunez of Appling, Ga; his two granddaughters and pride and joy, Nicki Nunez of Tampa, FL and Chloe Nunez of Fairhope, AL; sister Jeanette Williams of Long Beach, CA; brother Gordon Mark of Palmdale, CA; many loving stepchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews residing in the Carolinas and Florida, as well as extended Ng family members in the Northeast.
He was preceded in death by his parents Tse Gon and Sue Mark of Pasadena, CA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association and Colon Cancer Coalition
