Algie Arbee
December 29, 1949 — April 16, 2022
Dr. Algie Arbee entered into rest on Saturday, April 16, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in the chapel of Platts Funeral Home Belair Road Chapel.
Dr. Arbee was a native of Prattville, Alabama. He was the deputy superintendent of the Jasper County South Carolina school system, and after his retirement, he went back to teaching middle school.
He is survived by his children, Angie Williams, Algie Arbee, Jr., Alonzo Arbee, Stacey Arbee and Altonieus Wright, and his grandchildren, Breonna, Brandon, Aliyah, Cameron, Quantez, Quanecia, Xykel, Tanasia, Addyson, Dylan, Amrise and Naya. He is also survived by his former wives, Carolyn Arbee, Yvonne Smith and Mary Arbee.
