Akiko H. "Toni" Hagen

Akiko H. “Toni” Hagen entered to rest December 27, 2020 at Doctors Hospital.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Abilene Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Brad Whitt officiating.

Mrs. Hagen was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She retired from JB Whites of National Hills as a manager. Her love for sewing paved the way for a home service of clothing design, dress making, and alternations.

She is survived by two sons, Larry R, Powell (Cynthia) of Queen Creek, Ariz, Dr. Steven Powell (Debbie) of Evans, two daughters, Nita M. Slown of Appling, Allison Slown Walters of Martinez, 15 grandchildren, Heather Thrall, Larry R. Powell III, Emily Meyers, Kurt D. Powell, Kylie Clore, Karissa Powell, Robert S. Powell Jr., Bradford T. Powell, Anthony J. Powell, Katelyn S. Powell, Sidney K. Slown Jr., Julia Shell, Eric Snoddy, Cody Walters, and Alyssa Walters, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her son, Sidney K. Slown, Sr.

Family will visit with friends at the cemetery after the service.
