Usa Ltc Knut N. Svendsen

LTC Knut N. Svendsen, USA passed away on October 22, 2018- four days prior to his 64th birthday.

Knut was born in Syracuse, New York to the late Frank Norman Svendsen and Sophie Margaret Olszewski Svendsen. He enjoyed photography, carpentry, camping and hiking, but above all he enjoyed being “Habage” to his beautiful ten year old granddaughter, Aryanna.

Knut is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Sang Kum Svendsen of Evans; children, Lea Svendsen of Allentown Pennsylvania, Amy Collier of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Michael Collier of Henderson, Nevada; two grandchildren, Aryanna and Jeremiah; brother, David Svendsen of Syracuse, New York; and sister, Diana Svendsen of Fresno, California.

LTC Svendsen will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 26, 2018 with Military Honors.
