Stephen Hill

Harlem, GA – Stephen Hill, 53, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2011 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. chapel.

Stephen worked as a cabinet builder for most of his life. He was an animal lover and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Stephen was a loving father, son, grandfather, and brother.

Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Streets and husband Olin of Martinez, his mother, Mildred Patricia Gracey of Lincolnton, GA, his father, Billy Joe Hill and wife Nora of Martinez, six brothers, Clint Hill, Johnny Gracey and wife Sherry, Brand Gracey and wife Maggie, Darrel Gracey, Stanley Gracey, John Hill and wife Teri, three sisters, Teresa Story and husband Bruce, Gina Lyons and husband Shane, Lynn Watts, two grandchildren, Frank Streets, Tyler Streets, several nieces and nephews, and many loving aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
