Ronal L. Wilson

Mr. Ronal L. Wilson, beloved husband of Janice Waddell Wilson, entered into rest on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Platts Funeral Home Belair Road Chapel with Minister Philip Williams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Ron was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was a dedicated follower of Christ and an active member of the Martinez Church of Christ where he often taught Bible Class and led singing. He worked at National Alliance, part of BlueCross Blue Shield of Carolina where he was the Team Lead for Data Analytics and Reporting.

In addition to his wife, Janice, he is survived by his children; Cynthia Beck (Gavin), Kimberly Goins (Andrew), Jennifer Rich (Jason) and Steven Wilson, his mother; Kay Wilson, brothers Ken Wilson (Linda) and Mark Wilson (Julie), his sister and brother in law; Bud and Donna Benefield, and his grandchildren; Daniel Goins, William Beck, Evans Goins and Baby Girl Rich, who is expected to arrive in September. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Wilson.
