Norma Catherine Shelt

Evans – Mrs. Norma Catherine Shelt, 91, beloved wife of the late William Lawrence Shelt, Jr., entered into rest on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Morningside Assisted Living.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Michael Roverse officiating.

Mrs. Shelt is survived by her son, Steven Shelt and wife Elizabeth Shelt of Evans, GA., a daughter, Pamela Catherine Shumway and husband David Shumway of Richfield, Ohio, three grandchildren, Ronald Shumway, Brian Shelt and his wife Rebecca (Quinn) Shelt and Stephanie (Shelt) Hodges and her husband Robert Hodges, as well as six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William, and her two brothers, Harvey and Maurice Lawhead.
