MRS. MARTA THOMPSON

EVANS – Mrs. Marta Windisch Thompson, 81, beloved wife of Donald Thompson, entered into rest on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Wesley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Greg Porterfield officiating.

Mrs. Thompson was born in Frankfurt, Germany. She was a member of Wesley UMC, and was a Master Gardener.

In addition to her husband, Donald, she is survived by her son James M. Olcese and wife, Ursula of Tallahassee, FL., her daughters, Barbara O. Winston and her husband, William, of Washington, MO., and Laura Thompson of Everett, WA., a sister, Frieda Desforges and husband, Paul, of Martinez, her grandchildren, Treva Walch Tyler Thompson, Nicole Thompson, Phillip A. Olcese and Erik M. Olcese, as well as three great grandchildren, Will Walch, Jaden Walker and Bill Walch. She was preceded in death by a son, Steve Thompson.
