Larry L. Newton, Jr.

Larry L. Newton, Jr,43, of Augusta, GA went to be with the Lord on June 23, 2022.
He was a contract painter for over 25 years. He loved everyone! Family, nieces, nephews, friends, he never knew a stranger!
Larry is survived by his father, Larry L. Newton, Sr.; brother, Jason (Linda) Newton; sister, Brittany (Chris) Dubose; nieces and nephews, Aubrey Newton, Vivian Newton, Mason Newton, Laine Dubose and Kohen Dubose along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to remember him.
He is predeceased by his mother, Audrey Kay Newton; maternal grandmother, Shelby Jean Finch and paternal grandmother, Evelyn Davis.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 4-8pm at Platt’s Funeral Home 721 Crawford Ave. Augusta, GA 30904.
Funeral services will be at Platt’s funeral home on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 2pm with committal at West View cemetery to follow. Pallbearers will be Dave Weeks, Aubrey Newton, Chad Newton, Mike Kennedy, Bradley Taylor, Donald Williams, Chris Dubose and Brad Newton.
