Jimilea Martin Douberley

Augusta,GA.- Mrs. Jimilea M. Douberley died September 21, 2008 at Kentwood Nursing Home. She was born March 16, 1914 in Wheeler County, GA.

Mrs. Douberley lived most of her adult life in Dundee, FL, where she married Van Orden Douberley who predeceased her. She was a retiree of the Polk County School system and was active in church and civic activities. She had a deep love for her family whom she always put first.

Mrs. Douberley is survived by her daughter, Jane D. Anderson and her husband Walter E. Anderson of Augusta, her son William M. Douberley and his wife Valerie Douberley of Miami,FL and her daughter- in- law Carol Douberley of Montgomery,AL. Her son James Orden Douberley died earlier this year. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Burial will take place in Dundee, Florida at a later date.
