Jeannette E Humphrey

Grovetown, GA – Jeannette E. Humphrey, 89, entered into rest on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at University Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday October 8, 2009 at Grove First Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Thigpen officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. Humphrey was a member of Grove First Baptist Church and the TEL Sunday School Class. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her son; Ricky Humphrey and wife Lavon of Grovetown, her brother; Henry H. Dye, Jr. and wife Doris of Martinez, two grandchildren; Shannon Dye and husband David of Evans, Tracey L. Humphrey of Grovetown, many nieces and nephews; her beloved dog; Precious, and all the staff and residents at West Forrest Assisted Living.

Pallbearers will be the deacons of Grove First Baptist Church. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the TEL Sunday School Class.

The family will receive friends from 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM on Wednesday October 7, 2009 at the funeral home.
