Iris H. Jeannie Pryor

Augusta,GA.- Mrs. Iris Hiers Pryor age 80, wife of the late Dr. James Jarrett Pryor entered into rest at Brandon Wilde on February 27, 2010.
Funeral services will be held today, March 2, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in the Crawford Ave. Chapel of Platts’s Funeral Home with Reverend Greg Hatfield officiating. Burial will be private.
Survivors include, two brothers, Dave Hiers and wife Elaine of Allendale,SC, Rudy Hiers and wife Mel, also of Allendale. One step -daughter, Nancy Pryor Wehrman of Saratoga,CA. Step grandchildren, Melanie Wehrman, Ashley Wehrman. Nieces and nephews, Tom and Jennifer Pinckney, Michael and Annah Hiers, Brenda Heirs Stevens, Charles Heirs, Janice Heirs Walz.
Mrs. Pryor was a native of Barnwell county, she was a longtime resident of Augusta, she was a member of Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church. She was a former member of the Augusta Country Club.
