Han S. Song

Evans – Mr. Han S. Song, beloved husband of Woncha Song, entered into rest on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 10:00 am at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Yong Song Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Song was an Augusta resident for 36 years. Born in Ha Dong, South Korea, he immigrated to Georgia in 1974, built a successful business, and raised three beautiful daughters. He was a lover of golf, and a leader to the Korean Community.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Woncha Song, his daughters and sons in law, Nanyong and Terry Lee, Miyong and Roger Fujihara, and Vanessa and Tom Rogers, and his grandchildren, Jennifer Lee, Annie and Linn Koo, Hannah Rogers and Paul Fujihara.

Pallbearers will be Terry Lee, Tom Rogers, Roger Fujihara, Linn Koo, Sung Yong Kim and Dong Kim.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, January 18, 2010 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
