F. Robert Mr. Edwards

Evans,GA- Mr. F. Robert Edwards age 57, husband of Mrs. Mary Ann Edwards entered into rest at his residence on Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Belair Rd. Chapel of Platts Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Doss officiating. Interment will follow in Westover Memorial Park.
Survivors include, His mother, Winifred Edwards, two sons, Garrett W. Edwards and Scott A. Martin and his wife Missy. One brother, Samuel H. Edwards and his wife Dale, and two grandsons, Matthew and Lucas Martin.
Mr. Edwards grew up in Augusta, he was a member of Warren Baptist Church, he worked in Prostethics for the past 35 years, and Vice President and CFO of Clover Construction Services. He was a member of the Clark Hill Striper Club and he loved camping and spending time in the Smokies.
Pallbearers will be, Tony Heard, Hugh Parrish, Bill Tinley, Ed Lepley, Ben Peacock, Tommy Williams.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, December 4, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
