Elizabeth Beth Allen

Beth always said that her son, Samuel, was the best thing that ever happened in her life and loved him dearly. Beth had a huge heart; always looking out for the oppressed or hurting and championed their cause. She was an avid gamer and very artistic. She has always loved animals and had a talent for "finding" strays, including birds, cats, and rabbits.

She is survived by the light of her life- her six year old son, Samuel Johnson of Grovetown; her loving parents, Mike and Fran Allen of Grovetown; brother, Shawn Allen of North Augusta; and Samuel's father, Nick Johnson of Portland, Oregon.

A celebration of Beth's life will take place at 12 noon on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Platt's Funeral Home Belair Road. Dr. Andy Menger will officiate. Interment will be private in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service on Tuesday at Platt's.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity that Elizabeth would champion. Suggestions include; Feathered Friends Forever Rescue and Sanctuary, Columbia County Animal Services and the World Wildlife Fund.
