Chae Su Pak

Mr. Chae Su Pak, beloved husband of the late Eun Hee Pak, entered into Heaven on Monday, April 17, 2023 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Korean Methodist Church at 2641 Barton Chapel Road. A burial will follow at Westover Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Road Chapel on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 9:00.

Mr. Pak was born in Korea to Chun Suk Pak and Gap Yun Jeong. He moved to the United States, and in 1976, he joined the United States Army, and served faithfully for 22 years. After his retirement from the army, he put his entrepreneurial skills to work, and opened the Pak N Go and Smart Grocery, as well as managing various retail properties throughout the area.

He is survived by his son, Sae Whan Pak (Lilia), his sister, Soon Yun Winkler, his brothers, Young Su Pak (Myung Hee) and Kwang Su Pak, his grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler and Austin Pak and his significant other, Kum Suk Heo.
