Evans, GA – Byron D. Hall, Jr., 46, loving husband of Melissa Hall, entered into rest on Friday, October 23, 2015.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Platt’s Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Fred Todd officiating.

Byron was born in Augusta, GA and was a 1988 graduate of Butler High School. He was employed by John Deere, where he was a Quality Engineer. Byron was an avid NASCAR and UGA football fan. He was a devoted husband, father, son, uncle, and friend. Byron’s memory will continue to live on in all of those who knew and loved him, but he will continue to live on in the lives of many through his decision to be a donor.

In addition to his wife, survivors include his daughter; Amanda Hall, parents; Byron D. Hall, Sr. and June Hall, sister; Michelle Josey (Brian), two nieces; Madison Pennington, Alexis Maltsberger, nephew; Robert Pennington, and his four legged companion; Rudy T. Hall.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
