Beate H. Nail

Evans, GA---Mrs. Beate H. Nail, wife, mother, and friend, passed away quietly in her home on the morning of August 15th.
She is preceded in death by her parents and their son, Richard. She is survived by her husband, Walt and their son, Michael (Holly) four grand children and three great-grandchildren.
Bea was known for her friendly smile, her great crocheting, her love of bowling and mostly for her love of Ballroom dancing.
She was a volunteer office worker for h2u for many years and was past president of the “old” German-American Club.
A memorial service will be held for her at 2 pm on Tuesday, August 18th at Platt’s Funeral Home on North Belair Road in Evans. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until the time of the service.
Bea loved flowers, but if guests are so inclined, they can contribute to St. Jude’s Children’s Cancer Research Hospital in Memphis, TN or to MDA
