Timothy James Easterling

Mr. Timothy James Easterling, 33, beloved husband of Rachel Ann Easterling, entered into rest on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Doctors Hospital.
The family will receive friends at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Timothy. He cherished spending time with his precious cats. When it came to Timothy’s passions, he was always fully committed. His hobbies included reading, playing games, and acquiring collectibles. One of his many passions was trying new and exciting foods while traveling. He enjoyed spending evenings at the grill, perfecting his barbeque craft. As an appreciator of music, Timothy enjoyed singing, playing piano, and learning to play the guitar.
Timothy’s faith was an essential part of his life, which began from his Christian upbringing. Anyone who met Timothy was touched by his kind and patient disposition. While reserved in nature, it was clear that once you got to know Timothy, you got to see the true depth of his personality. Timothy’s main priority was spending time with his loved ones. Timothy was more than a husband; he was my best friend. From the moment we met, we were soulmates. While our five years together was not enough, each day was a gift.
In addition to his wife, Rachel, he is survived by his mother, Judy Lee Easterling, a brother, Oscar Leon Easterling Jr., and a sister, Stephanie Naomi McMillan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Columbia County Animal Shelter, 1940 William Few Pkwy, Grovetown, GA 30813.
