Peter John Sardelis

Peter John Sardelis, 54, entered into rest on September 4, 2021 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with Rev. Frankie May officiating. Interment to follow at Westover Memorial Park.

Peter was a graduate of the Academy of Richmond County and worked at Augusta University Medical Center as a Sterile Supply Implant Sets Technician. He was a true sports buff and loved watching his UGA Bulldogs. Peter will be known as a hilariously funny man who loved spending time with his family.

Peter is survived by his sister, Lisa Johnson (Don); his nephews, Brett Johnson, Matthew Sardelis, Brendan Johnson and Jon Kemp; and by niece, Nichole Irwin. He was preceded in death by his parents Catherine “Cathy” and John Sardelis and by his sister, Michelle Kemp.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until service time.
