Linda Carlson Liverett

Mrs. Linda Carlson Liverett, beloved wife of the late Jerome Carlton Liverett, entered Heaven to meet her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, August 25, 2023.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 16, 2023, in the Belair Road chapel of Platt’s Funeral Home with Pastor Dewain French officiating. The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Mrs. Liverett was a resident of Grovetown, GA. She was born in Quincey, Massachusetts on August 12, 1944, but lived in Duluth, Minnesota until moving to Georgia at the age of 12. She graduated from O’Keefe High School in Atlanta, GA in 1963. She and her husband, Jerome, had been married for 60 years. She was an accomplished Tap Dancer and loved to write short stories. She attended Grovetown Pentecostal Church and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. She loved her family and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters, Jeri Suzanne Liverett (Tom) and Traci Danielle Allmond, her grandchildren, Alexandra Allmond Frantz (Matt) and Abigail Hope Allmond, as well as a nephew, Jeffrey Alexander Carlson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Carlton Liverett, a brother, Robert Sexton Carlson and a son in law, Stephan Michael Allmond.
