James "Jim" White

James M. "Jim" White, 41, of Grovetown, passed away on January 5th, 2024 in Grovetown.

James was born in Washington Township, NJ, to James and Kathy White on June 1, 1982. He went to school in Pine Hill, NJ. He married Jessie Bassett in Lindenwold on April 24, 2009. He graduated from Overbrook High School, Rutgers University for his undergraduate studies, and Wayland Baptist for his graduate studies.

He worked for the US Army for 18 years. He did two tours in Iraq, went to Korea twice, and many other duty stations across the U.S. He was also a Drill Sergeant for two years at Fort Huachuca.

James is survived by his wife Jessie, daughter Lana, sisters Diana and Katie, and parents James and Kathy.
