Elvenia Beasley Sidener

Elvenia Sidener (97) of Augusta, Ga passed away on 6-4-2024 after an extended illness with Alzheimer’s. 

She was born in Douglas Ga and is the widow of Charles Sidener. Survivors are her daughter and son, Sandra Sidener and Frank Sidener along with Charles’ children, Charlene (Bryan) Greenhaw, Cheryl (Edwin) McKinnon, Thomas (deceased) (Jan) Sidener along with 8 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 12 great, great grandchildren. 

She was a devout member of Central Christian Church and also sang in the choir. Since Charles was in the military, the family moved within the U. S. and Germany. She was President of the NCO Wives Club and a member of The Order Of The Eastern Star. She and Charles also belonged and enjoyed their years with the Richmond Reels Square Dance club. 

Funeral services will be held graveside on June 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
