David L. Jackson

Mr. David Leo Jackson, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the Quest Church with Pastor John Kenney officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Jackson attended Westside High School and was a landscaper with Springwood Nurseries. He was a member of Quest church and loved his church family and pastor.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Linda and Jim Getgood of Evans, Georgia, his children, David L. Jackson, II of Evans Georgia, and Lacey Hester of Augusta Georgia, his brother, Duke Chassereau (Melissa) of Augusta Georgia, his sister, Lisa Wells (Mark Wells) of Evans Georgia, stepsister, Lauren Sports of Phenix City, Alabama, his adopted sister, Margo Pulliam of Augusta, as well as his girlfriend, Elizabeth Harlan of Augusta Georgia, aunt Kathy Battersby (John) of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, uncle Bubba Duke (Linda) Colorado Springs, Colorado, uncle Waymond Duke (Karen) of Lady’s Island, South Carolina, uncle Bobby Duke (Alicia) of Pembroke, Georgia, and seven nieces and nephews, Dalton Chassereau (Samantha), Jonathan Jones, Madison Jones, Maya Sports, Tres Sports, Alex Wells and Graysen Wells. He was preceded in death by his father, David Oliver Jackson and grandparents, Waymond and Dorothy.
