Britt Walker

Stovall Britt Walker, 42, entered into rest on December 26, 2023.

Our beloved Britt shook hands with St. Peter on December 26th, 2023, at the too young age of 42 in Augusta, GA - after a short but intense fight he lost to recover from multiple head injuries he had recently endured.

Britt was born on May 7, 1981 in Augusta where he attended Episcopal Day School, Westside High School, and graduated High School from Camden Military Academy. He went to Myrtle Beach to attend Horry Technical College to study Turf Management that he used to start his career in landscaping - there wasn't ever a job too big for him to handle and his expertise in the field was comparable to none.

Britt (and wife Ashlyn) welcomed their daughter, Bryar, into the world on June 23, 2017 - the day Britt changed forever. Our risk taking, no hesitation, no regrets having Britt held his baby girl for the first time and morphed into the patient caring father he was until he took his last breath.

If you were ever lucky enough to hear him play the piano, you know the amazing gift and love for music he had and his abilities could be comparable to only his idol Chopin, who he frequently listened to in between selections from Phish, LiL Wayne and Keller Williams (among many others).

Britt went to heaven leaving behind his wife, Ashlyn, and daughter, Bryar; his parents Stovall Walker and Christie Owen; his brother Harrison Walker; and many other extended family and beloved friends.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday January 13th for family and close friends.
