Harlem, GA – Mrs. Bowdre Cruce, 79, beloved wife of Mr. Doyle Cruce, entered into rest on Friday June 27, 2008 at her residence.

Graveside services will be held on Monday June 30, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Westview City Cemetery with the Rev. Philip Vestal officiating.

Mrs. Bowdre will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

In addition to her husband Mrs. Bowdre is survived by her son; Chuck Cruce and wife CeCe, her daughter; Lynn Maxwell and husband Wade, her brother; Henry H. Dye, Jr., her sister; Jeannette Humphrey, her grandson; Hank Vaughn, her great-grandson; Tyler Vaughn, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to send special thanks to Mrs. Cruce’s caregiver Melinda West.

The family will receive friends on Sunday June 29, 2008 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Platt’s Funeral Home 721 Crawford Ave.
